Pre-launch · early-bird pricing for the first 50 customers
Drop in a Chinese-language PDF statement (银行流水 / 交易明细). Get a bilingual spreadsheet with every transaction, translated descriptions, the running balance checked, and salary and large deposits flagged.
Try online runs entirely in your browser — your files never leave your device. Waitlist is refundable if we don't launch by the date shown at checkout.
Why this is painful today
Certified translation is priced per page
Typical public rates are about £30 or $30 per page. A 6-month 流水 can easily run to dozens of pages, and you still have to retype it into a spreadsheet to analyse it.
Generic converters are built for English statements
Chinese column headers like 借方发生额 / 贷方发生额 and terse notes like 代发工资, 跨行汇入, 结息 come out garbled or untranslated.
Pasting into a chatbot is risky
Columns drift, rows get silently dropped, and you've uploaded a client's financial data to a general-purpose tool.
Conveyancers & solicitors
Source-of-funds and AML checks on money coming from China.
Mortgage brokers
Pre-assess income, savings and gifted deposits before the lender sees the file.
Immigration advisers
Check proof-of-funds history before ordering a certified translation.
Accountants & individuals
Foreign-income records, expat bookkeeping, or your own savings history.
Bank e-statement PDFs, or Alipay / WeChat Pay exports (PDF plus the CSV/Excel export when you have it). Try online runs in your browser — nothing is uploaded.
Every row keeps its original Chinese next to the English. Running balances are checked line by line, and anything uncertain is flagged for you, not guessed.
A bilingual transaction sheet plus a summary tab: monthly in/out totals, likely salary credits, and deposits above your threshold.
EXAMPLE ONLY: fictional bank, names and numbers, for illustration.
Real output from our prototype: a 3-page, 56-transaction Chinese statement converted into a bilingual Excel working paper. Every running balance reconciled.

Open the try-online page, download the sample PDF above, then convert it in your browser. First load may take a few seconds.
The workbook also includes Monthly Summary, Flags for Review and Glossary sheets. Fictional example data: the bank, account holder, account numbers and all transactions are made up. Not a certified translation.
For comparison: certified translation is commonly ~£30–$30 per page. YuanSheet is a working copy for review, priced per statement, not per page.

Yes. Use Try online. Conversion runs in your browser with our engine; nothing is uploaded. The first visit downloads the engine (about 17 MB) and may take a few seconds on a slow connection.
Try online today: conversion runs entirely in your browser. Your statement never leaves your device, and we never see the file.
When optional cloud features launch (OCR / enhanced translation): files you choose to upload will be encrypted in transit, deleted within 24 hours or on request, never used to train AI models, and never sold. We only keep minimal metadata for billing (page count, date).
No. YuanSheet produces a working translation for review and analysis. If a visa authority, lender or court asks for a certified translation, you'll still need a qualified translator. Our bilingual table makes that review faster, and it tells you which months and transactions actually matter before you pay per page.
Working well today (try online): Alipay and WeChat Pay transaction proofs (PDF + export), plus e-statements from Bank of China, China Merchants Bank and Agricultural Bank of China.
Coming next: ICBC, CCB, Postal Savings and more bank layouts as we get samples. Scanned PDFs and phone photos need OCR and are not supported yet — if yours fails, tell us which bank and we will prioritise it.
Transaction amounts stay in CNY, exactly as printed. The optional summary tab can show a converted total at a rate and date you choose, clearly labelled, and kept separate from the original figures.
Every page is checked against the running balance. Rows that don't reconcile, or text we can't read confidently, are highlighted for you to verify, never silently "fixed".
No. YuanSheet only reads documents. It never creates or alters a statement, and we will refuse service if someone tries to use it for document fraud.
You lock in early-bird pricing now and get access as soon as we launch. If we don't launch by the date shown at checkout, you get a full refund automatically, no questions asked.
